Estrogen - A female only empowerment class focussed on building confidence and embracing self love. Combining elements of Vogue, Waacking, Runway walks and personalized choreography. Aimed at advanced female dancers who want to further understand how to use their body and fall in love with the process.

THE LAB - An open ability choreography class with a consistent shift of genre and style to project versatile and book-ability on attending dancers, encouraging them to embrace and absorb everything to help them longevity within the industry.
