Shanelle Clemenson is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with amongst her peers, with her unique quality and stylish flare, her movement is deemed as easy and effortless and her choreography intricate and polished.

From a young age Shanelle was always moving and shaking which started with local dance groups in the early 00's, Shanelle would find herself centre stage competing and performing in various dance group competitions throughout her native county in the West Midlands.

Sutton Coldfield College would be the start of her dance training and once leaving college in 2006, Shanelle continued her studies at Wolverhampton University where she gained a BA hons in Dance Practise and Performance.
 

Shanelle’s  many years of training would soon propel her into choreographing, assisting, teaching, touring, rehearsal directing and performing with a vase variety of award winning dance companies, these include Birmingham Royal Ballet, Heart Work, Uchenna Dance, Humanhood, Ace Dance and Music, Protein Dance and Rosie Kay Dance Company.

Never shy from a challenge, in 2015 Shanelle took part in one of the biggest online dance auditions, RICHFAM, which out of 400 applicants from around the world she made it to Top 3 and made it as a member on the international company where has participated in a  recent concept video made this year.

​

In 2016 she worked with Rosie Kay Dance Company as a dancer for the well acclaimed ‘International Dance Festival’. Continuing on in that year, she also embarked on her third national tour with London based dance company, Uchenna Dance.  In addition, she was bought on as Rehearsal Director for dance company ‘Humanhood’ for the world premiere of their piece, ZERO.

​

2017 would see Shanelle go onto perform in two national tours with two different companies, teach an accumulation of workshops and classes around the UK, perform in four concepts videos and in 2018 set up her own company BoldBeautifulSelf.
